For now, Luceris exists as a virtual clinic. Sessions are held exclusively online, or by phone, and are available to anyone living anywhere in Ontario. This is a temporary form. As we prepare for a physical space, the work continues in full presence and care.
No doctor’s referral is needed. Most insurance plans across Ontario cover the cost of psychotherapy.
You’re welcome to begin with a free 15-minute consultation, a thoughtful conversation to explore your needs and see if this work feels right for you.
Appointments are available during evenings and weekends, so therapy can fit into the structure of your life, not the other way around.

Individual Therapy

Parenting Therapy
This session is for parents, whether attending individually or as co-parents, who are navigating the complex emotional terrain of raising children. Many parents come in feeling reactive, disconnected, or caught between how they were raised and the kind of parent they want to be.
